Meditate London Course guide

Standard Course - 
The full 3-4 hour course is generally split over two days and taught from our meditation studio, at your home or at your place of work for you and your colleagues. It is great for beginners or those who have tried meditation already but maybe not stuck to it.
In the first part of the course you will learn the technique individually and be given the correct tuition of how to practice. We cover the technique three times, ensuring you are fully confident on how to practice yourself, and to show you that by using this technique how quickly the mind can get into a state of deep calmness, where all the continuous thoughts we have, fade out, leaving a clarity and calmness, and a renewed sense of personal stillness and happiness. 
The following day in the second session, which comprises of a full workshop, we first discuss the practical effects of the technique - which is how it reduces stress, anxiety, depression, temper, burnout, irritability or worry and replaces these mind states with calmness, happiness, clarity, desire, energy and drive, with insight and vision, increased performance and creativity. You will then learn about the history of the technique and the scientific studies that have proven its validity and effectiveness. We the have a session on the concept of consciousness and how it differs from the normal mind, how when we access it we gain a much better understanding of who we are. We then cover mechanics and the uniqueness of the technique and discuss any questions you might have to ensure your continued practice is firmly established.

Our online course if the same as the standard course above but learned online for anyone who struggles to travel or lives out of London.
